FAQ

Does my order participate in this support?

Yes. Every eligible paid order helps Pettrait direct more resources toward animal welfare initiatives. The support is arranged by NCREATE PTE. LTD. from platform revenue, so it is not a user-named donation and does not create personal tax deduction rights.

Why is it calculated from net paid amount?

Net paid amount reflects the actual revenue received by the platform and keeps the rule clear when refunds, payment fees, or currency differences apply.

How often are impact records updated?

We aim to update records when the giving pool reaches the public update threshold or after each quarter. Early-stage amounts may be disclosed as periodic summaries.

How are recipients selected?

We prioritize projects related to animal rescue, shelter care, animal welfare education, or similar initiatives, with a preference for transparent execution records.

What happens if an order is refunded?

If an order is refunded, the related accrued amount may be adjusted or excluded from later calculations. This does not affect your refund rights under the refund policy.
