Please follow these rules to keep Pettrait safe, friendly, and trustworthy for everyone.
Respect Others
Do not upload photos of other people without their authorization. Do not use Pettrait to harass, impersonate, bully, stalk, or attack any individual or group. Respect the privacy and dignity of everyone depicted in your content.
Follow the Law
Do not generate or upload content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes illegal activities. Comply with all applicable laws, including those regarding copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and data protection.
Protect Animals
Do not create or upload content that depicts animal abuse, animal cruelty, harm to animals, dangerous treatment of animals, or humiliation of animals. Pettrait is a platform for celebrating the bond between people and their pets.
Intellectual Property
Do not upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others. Do not request generation of works that replicate protected content, including specific movie posters, magazine covers, branded content, or artwork owned by others.
Sharing Responsibility
When sharing generated works, you are responsible for ensuring that your sharing does not violate others' rights, platform rules, or applicable laws. Exercise discretion when sharing works that include depictions of other individuals.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at support@pettrait.xyz. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or account termination for repeated or serious violations.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in: (a) removal of violating content; (b) temporary suspension of generation privileges; (c) permanent account termination; (d) forfeiture of unused credits; and/or (e) reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.
