Pettrait uses generative artificial intelligence technology to help users create pet portrait works.
How Generation Works
Pettrait uses generative AI models to create original works based on: (a) photos you upload; (b) the style or mode you select; (c) system-recommended or user-selected pet companions; (d) generation parameters such as prompt version and model configuration. The AI model processes your inputs and produces an output image. No manual artistic intervention is involved in the generation process.
Result Quality and Limitations
Generated results are created algorithmically and may contain: (a) visual artifacts, distortions, or inconsistencies; (b) inaccuracies in pet breed representation; (c) local facial or body distortions; (d) unstable, incorrect, or garbled text rendering; (e) variations in style adherence; (f) differences from preview or example images. The quality of results depends on the quality of your uploaded photos, the suitability of the selected style, and the current capabilities of the AI model. Results are not manually reviewed before delivery.
Model Training and Data Use
Pettrait uses third-party AI models (such as OpenAI) for image generation. User-uploaded photos and generated works are processed for the purpose of completing your generation request. Unless expressly stated and separately consented to, your content is not used to train or improve the underlying AI models. Original Style Boundaries
Movie poster and fashion magazine cover styles are generated using original visual language. The system uses fictional movie titles, fictional critic quotes, fictional awards, fictional production credits, fictional magazine mastheads, and original layouts. These elements are algorithmically generated and are not based on real films, real magazines, real brands, real people, or real events. The system does not provide a service for replicating specific existing works. Users may not request content that infringes third-party intellectual property or trademarks.
No Guarantee of Originality or Non-Infringement
Pettrait makes no guarantee that generated works are original, unique, or non-infringing of third-party rights. Due to the probabilistic nature of AI models, generated content may unintentionally resemble existing works, brands, or visual elements. Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether their use of generated works complies with applicable laws and respects third-party rights.

Before downloading, sharing, publishing, or commercially using generated works, you should: (a) review the content carefully for any unintended elements; (b) confirm that your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights; (c) exercise particular caution if the content includes depictions of identifiable individuals or protected elements.
